Update 22 Sept 09

For Sale

This is one of the last 3 Pearson 35s built she is hull # 512 and she is in excellent condition with many upgrades including Barrier coated bottom, and new standing rigging, factory rub rail and anchor platform, new Dodger and Bimini and air-conditioning and self tailing winches. All of her exterior teak was just professionally done and her bottom was painted in May. She looks very sharp with her new exterior canvas. I know you have heard it before but, THIS BOAT IS TRULY READY TO GO. You would be proud to bring her home to your marina.

This is one classic "newer," Pearson 35 out of MD.  Hoping to get some more information from Steven and Sandy on the history of this hull #512.
We have owned her for about 4 years.  The III is because we have had three boat all named New Adventures;  1st boat was a Bristol 1970 22', 2nd American Boat builders 1962 32' and now a Pearson 1982 35'.

We just returned from a trip to Annapolis were we took our Sassafras 4th of July parade entry Chesssie I will attach some pictures of us in the parade we like to have fun as you will see.  Sandy and I are holding the Grande Sassafras River Boat Parade Trophy.
