The name
Morgonstjarna means "Morningstar" (Swedish); it came with the boat
(documented, purchased in 1995) and for various and good reasons, I have kept
it. It doesn't sound so good on a Mayday call on VHF, but thankfully, I have
not had to do that - yet! As for my particular expertise, I would say it
is keeping things simple (stupid), which is very much in keeping with the
Pearson 35. Oh yes, and providing live blues guitar from the cockpit...
